The host was friendly and informative, and breakfast was fabulous. The en-suite room was clean and comfortable. It’s an easy walk into the centre of Aviemore, and I’ll definitely return.

We had a spacious, warm, clean room with everything we needed, and the breakfasts were amazing. Adrian was a wonderful host, friendly and chatty, and clearly knowledgeable and happy doing what he does. We stayed for two nights while exploring some of the Cairngorms. The place is a little outside town, but that was no problem with a car, and even walking was fine. Thanks for the olive oil! I’m sure Nicole and I will be back someday.

The owner was attentive and helpful, and breakfast was superb. Our room was very clean, with tea, coffee, and snacks available. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, with lots of choice. Highly recommended.

Adrian was a great host, and his local knowledge helped us decide how to spend our days in Aviemore. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were great. Definitely a place to stay if you’re coming to Aviemore.
