Being right by the canal worked well, with restaurants across the way and the town centre an easy walk away. The service was fantastic, especially Ieve 👍. The bar was nice, though the drink choices were a bit limited and there was no Guinness. My room was clean, modern and well looked after, and the bed was really comfortable. One of the better Premier Inns I’ve stayed in.

We were in the area for a friend's wedding and stayed two nights. The staff were so helpful: we were late one morning and had missed breakfast by the time we arrived, but they still let us eat with only ten minutes left, and the chef made fresh sausages and hash browns. They also found us an iron and ironing board when there wasn't one in the room. They couldn't have done more for us. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable, so we slept well. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and we'd happily stay here again when we're back in Banbury.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was quiet, with a nice view from the window. My room was cozy, clean and nicely arranged. I stayed one night and really enjoyed it.

The good: it's a quiet hotel in a central spot, and breakfast was nice. The bad: parking costs extra and was poor. The car park lift felt dodgy and scary, and there was a strong cannabis smell. There were also some questionable people walking by, which made me wonder if it was safe. The ugly: my room had no toilet seat, and the shower kept dripping noisily. I've stayed at Premier Inn regularly for years. It's sad to say that after a great run, the last two stays, including this one, show a serious ongoing decline. Not recommended 👎

Really good spot, and the bedrooms are lovely and clean. The solid floors mean you don't hear insomniacs stomping around overhead. Phenomenal!
