The room was spotless, tidy, and lovely and warm. The reception team were especially friendly and welcoming, so I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. I had a wonderful stay, and this has become my favourite place to stay in London. Well done to everyone!

The hotel was in a perfect spot for getting around and enjoying our plans, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to relax. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the staff were great. We also enjoyed the food. Everything from check-in to check-out felt smooth and welcoming, and we came away very happy with our stay. We’d definitely return and recommend it to others. Thank you, Ibis hotel ❤️👍

The staff were so polite and helpful when I asked to add several days to my stay. Great value for the money, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Ana at reception deserves a special thank you. She was kind, professional, always happy to help, and her local suggestions made our trip even better. She made us feel right at home. The whole team gave us a warm welcome and attentive service from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the attention to detail around the property was great. We had a fantastic time and would gladly return. I’d highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The bed was a nice surprise, really comfortable, and I slept well. For the price, the room was clean, looked after, and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. A simple, convenient budget option if you don’t want to spend too much.
