Breakfast was a lovely way to start the day, and the team made the experience even better. Aaliyah and the other staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. They kept everything organised and were glad to assist whenever I needed it. Thanks for the lovely service!

Breakfast at Premier Inn had fresh food and a good range of choices, with a neat and welcoming dining area. My room was clean and nicely arranged, and room service was quick, polite, and on time. The food and service made the stay pleasant and easy.

Ay and Reece were so friendly, professional, and helpful. They really went out of their way to make everything feel right, and it made a big difference to my stay. The whole place was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, so I could relax throughout. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ll definitely come back and recommend Premier Inn. Hope I see Ay again!

I only came in to ask if I could use the toilet, and Sian and Reece were completely understanding and happy to help. They greeted me straight away and made me feel welcome, with no hesitation when I asked. The front desk service was top notch, even for such a small request. I can only imagine how good the service would be as a guest. I’d recommend Premier Inn and would go back to stay, or just for breakfast. Thanks again, Sian and Reece.
