Escape Hotel

The staff made the stay especially enjoyable. They were professional, very friendly, and as helpful as could be. My fiancée and I stayed for 4 nights this month, and the room was extremely clean with modern furnishings. The bathroom was lovely, with a waterfall tap on the sink and a very high-standard shower. A large-screen TV was a bonus, too. If we’re in the area again, this is definitely where we’ll stay. Can’t rate it highly enough. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful visit.

The staff even thought ahead about my daughter’s milk. While we were out, someone called my mum after noticing the carton in the sink and asked if I wanted a cooler box in the room. When we returned, the milk and some other things I’d left out had been put in it, at no charge. Before we arrived, a staff member had also called my mum to offer us the room next door to my parents, since one had become available. My two-year-old daughter and I were given the biggest room so she had space to run around. We stayed for 4 nights in two rooms at Escape Hotel with my parents. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern, with a very comfortable bed, nice shower, good TV and tea and coffee replenished daily. I didn’t hear any noise from other guests. Can’t recommend it enough.

The receptionist was warm and accommodating. She asked where I’d parked and suggested I move my car into their free car park. My room and bathroom were very clean, fresh and welcoming, with no odd smells. Even though the hotel seems to be on a busy road, traffic was barely audible from the top floor, perhaps because the windows seem to have been replaced in the past 5-7 years or so. I also liked seeing the environmental messages on the signage in the photo, as well as the LED lighting and high-spec heaters, though they weren’t needed this time of year.

The room was immaculate and well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. We spent 2 nights here and had a very nice stay. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the town-centre location was great. Would definitely recommend it.
