Good value, with immaculate rooms and lovely, comfortable beds. It had everything we needed and was very convenient for our airport trip. Chris was on reception when we arrived and was friendly and helpful.

We found plenty of free parking on site, even though we arrived late in the evening. Natalie and Chris gave us a lovely welcome, and the room was perfectly clean with comfortable beds. A perfect location for Cardiff Airport.

We stayed here again this weekend after a visit last March. The room was lovely, and Josh was very helpful while checking us in. Chris, the manager, was excellent and couldn't do enough to help. Excellent service.

I booked through booking .com, but never received the Travelodge confirmation number. At reception, the young lad knew my name and could see the booking, yet wouldn't give me a room key without that number. He said, 'This happens a lot.' I asked what happens then, since I wasn't going anywhere. After ten minutes of trying to reason with him, he booked me in another way. Maybe he could've done that from the start. Next time, Premier Inn.

It was very quiet despite plenty of other guests, and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. I saw them show exceptional kindness to other guests. The room was clean and fairly spacious. The shower could've had more pressure, but it did the job.
