I’ve stayed here quite a few times and have had a good experience each time. The hotel is well run and very clean, and the rooms are spotless and comfortable. Everyone on staff is welcoming, polite, and pleasant. Food and breakfast are fantastic and reasonably priced for Belfast. The location is excellent too, close to what you need for shopping, eating out, or grabbing the odd drink.

Everything’s easy to reach on foot from this spot in the Cathedral District, and there’s multi-storey parking right next door. The rooms are small but clean and well equipped. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the lobby bar, which is a nice place to watch TV and hang out. Great place to stay, and I’d definitely come back to Belfast and stay here again.

The location worked really well and there was plenty of parking nearby. The room was cosy and clean, and everyone I met on staff was friendly and well trained. The breakfast and evening bar staff were superb. I really enjoyed the food, especially the new bar menu. Getting 15% off at the bar as a guest was great too. I’d happily stay here again.

I had such a good time here. It’s roughly 10 minutes from Donegall Square, and the room was great, with a comfy bed and a welcome pack waiting when I arrived. I ate at the hotel twice, not counting breakfast, which was good too. The Chicken Stack and chicken pizza were both lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. I’ll be sad to leave tomorrow!

We were even able to check in when we got there at 9am, and the breakfast was well worth booking. It costs £13 if you add it at check-in, not the advertised £19. The bars were fab, and the late-night pizza was delicious. Great rooms, a great location, and lovely staff. What a wonderful hotel. Very happy with our stay.
