AC Birmingham

I spent two days working from the lobby and really liked it. Their business package was great, with a meal, unlimited coffee and an afternoon snack from the menu. Rogerta looked after me both days and helped with everything I needed. She was also polite and very professional with everyone else. The staff were great overall, and I'll definitely choose this place again.

Downstairs at the bar, the drinks and canapés were brilliant, the prices were very reasonable, and the clean, welcoming space had good music that wasn't too loud. Talar was incredibly friendly and suggested a fab drinks and food deal. Komal took time to talk me through the drink choices, made me feel comfortable and pointed out the amenities. The colleagues at the attached Black Sheep coffee ☕ were just as friendly and welcoming. Much appreciated. I'd highly recommend a visit, whether you're staying or just popping by!

Breakfast was worth every penny, especially the delicious poached eggs, some of the nicest I've had. My room was spotlessly clean, great job Georgetta. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were brilliant: friendly, welcoming, informative and happy to help.

Our first stay at an AC Hotel in the UK and first visit to Birmingham turned out to be really memorable. We got a canal-view room, which made it even nicer. It was spacious, clean and laid out well. We arrived early and weren't expecting the room to be ready, but the front desk team checked and kindly managed an early check-in. A special thank you to the very friendly, thoughtful receptionist, whose name I didn't catch. They even asked if we'd prefer rooms next to each other, which we really appreciated. We'd definitely stay again!
