Hamdi was especially helpful when I arrived with my wheelchair, patiently guiding me and finding the closest available parking. The team were kind and considerate, and they made things easier by helping with my luggage. I was also moved to a room that better suited my accessibility needs, so check-in felt stress-free. The hotel is clean and modern, with a comfortable, welcoming feel. I’ve only just checked in, but the service so far has been exceptional.

For about £90 including breakfast, booked at short notice, this was a good find. The room was a bit smaller than a Premier Inn, but still nice, and that bed was SUPER COMFY. It was quiet, too. Breakfast was perfectly standard, nice enough, though nothing special. The late welcome from the friendly staff at 11pm was lovely. I’d come back if I needed a place in Birmingham, everyone was really nice.

The room was bright and clean, with a cozy bed and a modern, minimal look. The layout used the space well, and everything we needed worked as it should. It was easy to relax there, whether we were having a quick morning coffee or just unwinding in the room. The hotel had a calm feel, with a nice balance of warmth and style. Check-in was smooth, and the attentive staff made us feel welcome from the start. A very comfortable stay with no complaints. We’d happily return.

I booked the king guest room. It was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a shower that could run overhead or as a regular shower. There was an iron and board, fridge, Bible, hairdryer, kettle, plus tea and coffee. Breakfast was lovely: I had a fry-up, smashed avocado, then fruit salad. Reception were very friendly, and there’s free WiFi in the room. Parking at Millennium car park was a two-minute walk away, and cost £12.70 for 24 hours.

The central Birmingham location made it easy to get around, and my room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I was there for one night for my birthday, and the staff made the occasion feel special with a surprise sweet platter. They were friendly and attentive throughout. Had a wonderful stay and would recommend Aloft Birmingham Eastside, especially for a celebration.
