I only came for a meal, so I can't comment on the rooms. The service was great and the food lovely. Most of the menu is reasonably priced, but the steak is overpriced and not worth what you pay. Try to get a table overlooking the outside scenery. I'd come back.

We booked four rooms for a special anniversary, and everyone enjoyed the stay. The service was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the hotel was well located. The rooms have traditional character rather than a trendy style, but they're comfortable and the bathrooms are decent. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The reception team were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was large and very comfortable, but it felt a little cool in January. When we asked, we found out you can't adjust the temperature in your room. The hotel is on New Street, with the rear facing New Street station. We had a room at the back and could hear quite a bit of noise from passing trams and commuters using the station.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and even though the hotel is next to the train station and on thr High Street, you'd never know once you're inside. I stay here often, and this was another amazing visit. Adam and Lyndsey, along with the other staff, make it such a welcoming place. They're smiling, friendly, helpful and happy to chat from the moment you arrive. You don't find many UK hotels like this anymore. Thanks to both of them and everyone at the Burlington. Amazing!

The hotel's location was superb: the Christmas market was less than a minute away, and Bullring Centre was a five-minute walk. We visited the Christmas Market on Friday 7th November and stayed in double room 335. It was cosy, clean and lovely, with a comfortable bed. Reception staff and the Cleaning Ladies were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean and lovely. My only complaint was that the window couldn't be opened. The room had an iron and ironing board, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, and a nice TV. There's a lift for people with tired old legs like us. They also kindly let us leave our luggage at reception while we went shopping on Saturday. We didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant, but the food looked amazing. A very comfortable stay at a welcoming hotel. Highly recommend the Royal Burlington.
