Novotel Birmingham Airport

After a really stressful day dealing with EasyJet, arriving at Novotel was such a relief. We stayed for 7 hours and had somewhere comfortable to rest and relax. The service was lovely and the staff made us feel welcome. Breakfast was great, and the team in the breakfast area were especially kind and friendly, which made the morning much nicer. Thanks for the warm hospitality. It made a real difference after such a difficult day.

The location worked perfectly for my NEC trade show, and I’d happily stay here again. I was early, but check-in was easy and they looked after my bag so I could head straight to the show. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a good-sized TV. I also ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed the food and the great service from Yashi.

We like staying here before a flight so we can enjoy a relaxed evening instead of rushing on the day. The bar is lovely, and the restaurant is fantastic. The reception staff are wonderful too, especially Anthony. He’s always welcoming and friendly, and he’s really good at his job. Thanks to everyone 👍

The meal was good value for the location. I had fish and chips and was very full afterwards, while my husband loved the King Prawn noodle dish. Gourov was the best, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable about the food and drinks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a big TV, and check-in was quick and easy. Getting here by train and the mono air rail was stress-free. You only have to cross one road to reach the entrance, and the traffic is very slow with a zebra crossing. I was so impressed with the whole stay that I’d definitely choose this hotel next time I fly.
