Breakfast was lovely the next morning, and thanks to the chef for a tasty start to the day. Lisa was again the standout of our stay. We arrived to a spotless, ready room, then realised my friend had accidentally booked the wrong type. Lisa listened, reassured us and quickly found a perfect alternative. She took ownership and turned what could’ve been a stressful problem into a smooth experience. At Premier Inn Great Barr, Lisa was the first person we met, and her warm, welcoming and naturally funny manner made us feel looked after right away. She combined professionalism with genuine kindness. Staff like her make a hotel exceptional. I’d wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and if you meet Lisa, you’ll be off to a great start.

We had to stay here because of a leak at our property, and from the start my partner, daughter and I were treated with such warmth. I’ve just come back from five nights at Premier Inn Great Barr and can’t recommend it enough. The hotel itself is amazing, but the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. Lisa, Craig and the chef with blonde hair and glasses were especially lovely and a credit to Premier Inn. Sorry, I forgot the chef’s name.

Lisa in the breakfast room was especially helpful, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities I expected. A really good value stay at Great Barr, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

Lisa and her team made our short stay feel relaxed and pleasant. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My family and I were there at the start of January. It’s a smaller hotel than most we’ve stayed in, but our rooms were very clean, comfortable, and nicely made up.

The breakfast was good and the staff were welcoming. Getting around the building was difficult for me, though: there’s no lift, and there isn’t a toilet downstairs for when you need one urgently. I wouldn’t recommend it for people with mobility issues. I also found the bed hard to climb into. That isn’t Premier Inn’s fault, but I hadn’t realised about the stairs.
