We only stayed one night, but I’d highly recommend the place. It’s in a great spot, with the city centre, Utility Centre, and several other places within walking distance. The room was fresh and clean, and had useful amenities including a kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. Onsite parking is secure and available 24 hours for a charge, if there are spaces when you arrive. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you all!

Affordable, well located, and only a ten-minute walk from the city centre, with good restaurants nearby. The staff gave great service, and the beds and cleanliness were excellent. The two rooms, kitchen, and everything in between gave it a home-away-from-home feel. Best hotel or B&B stay I’ve had in the UK. After a hectic day, the power shower was just what I needed. I’m planning another stay 😃

Mavis made breakfast such a lovely experience. She was constantly checking that everyone had what they needed, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The breakfast itself was brilliant value, too. This is a great place for families: the staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The kids were welcomed, with activities to keep them busy. Thank you! 🥰

Ukesh went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and that really stood out. The rooms are spacious and have great facilities. There are even goodie bags for the kids. We had a great family stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. We'll come back when we're in the area again :) xxx

Our room was sparkling clean and had everything the three of us needed. Leah and Cecila were especially helpful, full of enthusiasm, and gave us brilliant ideas for places to go and eat. From storing our luggage on arrival through check-in and check-out, everyone we met was amazingly friendly. I've already told everyone about Staycity Birmingham. We'll be back.
