The location is great, with shops and most attractions within walking distance, but it’s far enough away for a quiet night’s sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with any request. Our spotless room had a mini fridge with water in it. Breakfast was available if you wanted it, and it was spot on. What a little gem. I’d recommend it to anyone.

We were there from Friday to Sunday, and the room was clean with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was cooked just right, a lovely start to the day. Dave and Clare were the most welcoming owners I've met, and were genuinely happy to chat with guests. We'd stay again!

Clare and Dave were so warm and funny, and made sure we were well looked after. We had a large, clean, comfortable room with all the amenities provided, and breakfast was excellent too 😊. The location right in the heart of Blackpool was brill, just a 5 minute walk to the prom and 2 minutes to the town centre. We had a great two night stay and can't fault it. Thanks! We'll definitely book again next year.

The room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was great. Clare, Dave, and the Majestic Keith gave us a warm, friendly welcome and couldn't do enough to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast is second to none and always beautifully presented. I'd highly recommend the Ash Lea and hope to return soon.

The family room had loads of space to move around, with one double and two single beds, plus a small balcony reached through double opening doors. It was spotless, well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. David and Clare run a very nice hotel and are always willing to help you enjoy your stay. It's around 10-15 minutes from the seafront and car parking.
