The little extras made this stay feel really well thought out: fresh milk in the fridge, bottled water, hot drinks, tissues, a hairdryer with attachments, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap, plus USB ports in the bedside lamps. The rooms were lovely, breakfast was incredible, and the bar prices were unbelievable. Kathie and Pete are fantastic hosts, and I think this was the best of all the choices in Blackpool. Great food, rooms, location and price. If there's availability, book it. You won't be disappointed.

Breakfast was amazing, cooked to order and delicious. We spent one night at the North Crest hotel, and the room, while not huge, was perfectly fine for a night or even two. It was beautifully decorated. Kathie greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived, showed us to the room and explained the shower and heating. If I need somewhere to stay in Blackpool again, North Crest would be my first choice.

The rooms were spotless, with thoughtful extras like hairdryers and lampshades with chargers built in. We had a lovely stay and both hosts made everyone feel welcome. North Crest is a gem in Blackpool. Kathie and Pete have clearly put a lot of effort into it, and the breakfast was incredible. They deserve ten stars, never mind five. Thanks so much, we'll definitely be back.

The hosts made us feel welcome, and we'd stay here again if we return to Blackpool. Breakfast was brilliant, with more choices available at the breakfast bar. Our room was clean, tidy and well equipped, and even had a complimentary KitKat. I'd definitely recommend it.

The hosts were very accommodating with my two young children, and breakfast was delicious. We came for an impromptu break to see the illuminations. Our room had two large, comfortable beds that fitted my family of four, and it was beautifully decorated and very clean. There was a TV, tea and coffee, a hairdryer and other facilities. The B&B is near enough to the illuminations and sights, but far enough away to be quiet. I'd recommend it and would love to return.
