The room was a little small, but the bed was really comfortable, which is the main thing. Dave and his wife Anne are wonderful hosts and couldn't do enough for us. We had lovely chats, plenty of cups of tea and, of course, Dave's delicious breakfasts. Absolutely brilliant B&B. I'd definitely come back.

The food was good and everyone was friendly. It was clean and tidy, though parking was a bit of a problem. The owner tried to sort it out.

We stayed in a family room, and the kids loved it. The beach is at the end of the street, with a short walk to everything else Blackpool has to offer. Dave and Anne were lovely company and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel was spotless, the rooms very clean, and breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. We'll be back!

Our group of 13 stayed for a week. Dave and Ann were lovely to be around and helped whenever we needed it. After we got soaked in the great British weather, they even dried our clothes for us, which was a real help. Everyone enjoyed the lovely breakfast. If we visit Blackpool again, we'll definitely stay here. Thanks, guys x

Five stars don't feel like enough. It was our first stay, and Ann and Dave made us feel so welcome. The place is beautifully decorated and immaculate, and nothing was too much trouble for either of them. We had the kids with us, and the breakfast was gorgeous too. Highly recommend it, and can't wait to come back 💞
