The owner was really helpful, and even arranged an early check-in at 9:30am. My friend and I stayed one night, and the clean, warm rooms had everything we needed to feel at home. Five-star accommodation. We’ll be back!

A great spot for our overnight football trip, with Anfield ideally close by. The room was a high standard and just right for the night. My son and I found the owner very accommodating, and they were happy to help whenever we needed anything. We’d happily stay again and recommend it. 😁

Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were lovely and friendly. The room was clean, with a really large, comfortable bed. We had a 15-minute stroll to Salt and Tar, which worked great for our visit to see Sugababes. We stayed last night after reading the good reviews, and would definitely return and recommend it. Thanks for a lovely stay. Alison and Matt

Julie was especially warm and helpful, with useful advice about getting around by bus and train. The guest house was clean and had a cosy, laid-back feel, much like staying in someone’s home. Breakfast was great, and they were happy to get my food just how I liked it. I stayed one night after seeing a comedian at nearby Salt and Tar. A relaxed, friendly stay in a no-fuss place.

Breakfast was great the next morning, and we loved playing ball with their dog. The owner welcomed us as soon as we pulled up, and there was good parking. Our room was warm and clean, with Wi-Fi, TV, tea, coffee and biscuits, so it felt relaxing. We stayed one night before our Anfield stadium tour and would definitely come back. Regards, Mark and Nicki from Colchester.
