Harbour Heights

The views are spectacular and the location is perfect. The food was great, and the beds were really comfortable. Raz looked after us for most of the stay and was exceptional at his job, making the whole visit feel special. Someone should give that man a raise! Thanks to HH and especially Raz. Xx

The ocean views are awesome, and we had great views from the room too, which also had a nesspresso machine. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower had a strong, nice flow. Parking is available on site. It’s a very nice hotel with great staff, good food and a top-notch breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs.

Katrina upgraded my room when we arrived, and she was friendly and polite throughout our stay. The food was lovely, and the chef was very friendly. Sol is a real credit to the hotel and made us feel welcome. Great staff made our stay even better.

We’ve come here for drinks all the time, so it’s a shame this experience ruined the evening. I ordered and paid for eight drinks at the bar while visiting with a group of eight, though we weren’t staying at the hotel. As we were leaving, a staff member chased us to the entrance and accused us of not paying. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. I went straight back and showed the transaction on my phone to the bartender who served me, who was a different person from the staff member who chased us. Only then did they realize the mistake. The response was just, “Oh, my bad,” with no real apology or recognition of how awkward and unprofessional it was. Staff should pay closer attention and check their records before chasing customers and accusing them of not paying. A bit more courtesy would make a big difference.
