Hilton Bournemouth

The location made it easy to get around, and having the spa there was a nice way to unwind after a long day. I had a really good stay at the Hilton, with comfort and hospitality that impressed me. After I got home, I raised a concern and Kat, the reception manager, handled it promptly and professionally. Her quick response showed a real commitment to guest satisfaction. I’ll definitely return, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a solid place to stay.

The rooms were nice and the location was good. Olivia at reception is the reason for the five stars. She was amazing on the phone when I called to arrange things before our stay, then sorted out the slightly muddled billing for our three rooms in person. She even arranged a later checkout so we could enjoy the spa for my daughter’s birthday. Super kind, incredible service.

The Christmas lunch was unbelievably good, with a huge choice, displays that looked like works of art and a lovely festive atmosphere. The dining staff were some of the nicest people you could meet, all managed by the delightful Kian. The whole thing ran like a military operation, with unlimited glasses of bubbley. Room service was available throughout for £5 and the service was excellent. I had an amazing Christmas here this year. Every member of staff was attentive, friendly, fun to talk to and highly proficient around the clock. The facilities were superb and spotless each day, and I could get as many towels and robes as I wanted. The relaxation lounge offered free testers from their luxurious Elemis range, absolutely top shelf. The car park arrangement has improved a lot over the past months: it’s well lit and spacious, with a very good overnight rate of just £13.50. I can’t recommend The Hilton hotel highly enough for comfort and value. See you all again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Hotel Bournemouth from 21st December to 23rd December. Kian gave fantastic customer service and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and enjoy our time there. He’s a real credit to the Hilton brand and an asset to the hotel. I’d happily return based on the service alone. The restaurant food and breakfast were very good, and the children especially loved the pool. Thank you, and hopefully see you again next year.
