The rooms are tucked away in a quiet rear garden, with their own outside seating, even though the property is on busy Exeter Road. Our double room was lovely and nicely decorated, with a newly upgraded shower. There’s a fridge, toaster, and tea and coffee making facilities, handy for breakfast. It’s a short walk into the centre of Braunton, with loads of cafes and bars to choose from. Superb quality and location. Thanks for a great stay, we’d highly recommend it and will be back 👍 😎😎

We were in The Copper Room for a funeral, so it wasn’t really a holiday. The room was adequate for a night or two and the bed was comfortable, but there were a few things that could have been better. The coffee machine wasn’t the one shown in the picture and had no milk heater, so I didn’t use it. It had old pods and old water inside, which didn’t look properly cleaned. Guests in the next room found old milk in their machine. No pods were provided, making it a bit pointless, though I’d brought my own. There wasn’t enough toilet roll, the towels were tiny, barely bigger than a large hand towel, and I believe there was an outside light, but it didn’t work. Better cleaning and bigger towels would help.

We stayed in both the mint and copper rooms for a couple of days to enjoy the surf, and the beaches are only 10 minutes away. Both rooms were excellent and the place was great value for money. Sarah is a lovely, well-organised host, and the location is perfect. This place is just perfect! I can’t rate it highly enough. We’ll be back.

We stayed for two nights in a lovely, spacious room. It was room only, but there was a little kitchenette set up with everything needed for breakfast: a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, basic crockery and cutlery. Tea and coffee came with a selection of other teas, and there was fresh milk in the fridge. Washing-up liquid and a cloth were provided as well.

The property is very well placed for shops and pubs, and there’s a great chip shop nearby as well as the fab coffee shop The Workx. It’s close to bus stops for Barnstaple and Ilfracombe, and dog friendly. We had one of the two rooms at the rear of the property on the main Exeter Road in Braunton. The room was beautifully appointed, with tea and coffee facilities and a huge bed. The downside was that the walls between the rooms were very thin.
