So many thoughtful extras made it feel homely: a makeup remover flannel, fresh milk, pens, biscuits, fresh fruit, books, and warmth. We usually choose posh hotels like The Landmark and The Hilton, but from now on we'll stay at The Brightonwave when we visit Brighton. We've already booked for May for The Fringe Festival. What a find. Richard and Simon run a tight ship. It's pristine, reasonably priced, and the breakfast is fantastic, apparently prizewinning. There's a variety of rooms, and room 8 even has a garden. The other guests were delightful too, including a Swedish trio who were there for football and support Nottingham.

We loved the breakfast, everything tasted delicious. I had the pancakes two days in a row, and my husband loved the big breakfast. The friendly owners made the stay enjoyable and gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. Our room was absolutely clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hot water worked. They even left chocolate and hot chocolate, which made a nice nighttime snack. We'd love to stay again when we're in Brighton!

We went after seeing all the positive reviews, and it was clear straight away why people had such nice things to say. Our room was perfect for a couple, with a private bathroom and all the facilities we could need. They'd even put ear plugs in the bedside table. Breakfast was a lovely extra, cooked to order each time and absolutely delicious. The location was perfect too. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Working away from home can be tough, but the warm welcome, comfortable rooms, friendly hosts, and amazing breakfast made it much easier. One of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed in.

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. After arriving from Taiwan, we were greeted with such genuine warmth and hospitality that it felt like home right away. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious, lovingly prepared meal each morning to start our days of exploring. Thank you for your incredible kindness and for making the trip so memorable. We're already looking forward to coming back, and wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.
