Breakfast was amazing, and the atmosphere is always great, friendly and welcoming. We had a fabulous Friday night stay, with brilliant staff as usual. We’ll be back again soon. Best place to stay 🥂😊🎉❤️

The staff really made the stay, especially Caitlin. She was so welcoming and sweet, and everyone was lovely, friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, cosy and well kept, which made it very comfortable. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it. Thank you so much!

Legends Hotel has a lift, and its position right over the sea means a sea-view room lets you watch the water all day and look out at the world famous pier. In the morning, you can choose from several breakfasts, paid for directly at the hotel. It costs 12 Pound. I had the English breakfast and thought it was good. I visited Brighton in December, when it was cold, slippery and windy outside, and many attractions were closed for winter. It must be beautiful here in spring or autumn. I’ll come back in June, and I’ve booked another stay at Legends Hotel.

We didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was entertainment on the Thursday and Friday of our stay. We went on Friday, and the singer and show were brilliant, funny and entertaining. Our room, 406, had a sea view, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom and two comfortable chairs, though the windows could have done with a wipe. You can take the lift up or use the stairs. The hotel is along the seafront and within walking distance of town. It wasn’t quiet, as expected in that location, but the noise was acceptable with the nightclub in the basement. Earplugs were thoughtfully provided. Parking through the hotel cost £17.00 in zone c for our two-day stay. I’d stay again and highly recommend it.

The security staff were obnoxious and wouldn’t listen when we tried to calmly explain what had happened. They shut down the conversation and treated us unfairly from the start. Management made it worse by escalating things instead of trying to resolve them professionally. The manager even called me a four-letter word beginning with C and ending with T. That kind of hostility from someone representing the venue is shocking and unacceptable. When I said we were being treated badly, I was essentially told they didn’t care what I thought because they already had “2000 good reviews.” That says a lot about how little they value individual customers. What should have been a fun night out at Legends Brighton became a genuinely awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects basic respect, and I won’t be coming back.
