Pelirocco

The dollywood room was brilliant, quiet and had fabulous views over the square and the sea. The room was great value, too. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to get to all the amenities, including the excellent nearby hole in the wall pub. Fantastic, fun and friendly. Highly recommended.

We used the bettie's boudoir leopard print room for a photo shoot, and now we want to stay there ourselves. The room has a lovely bathroom and view, with plenty of quirks and surprises. Hotel Pelirocco has beautiful themed rooms and is in a gorgeous spot. We only live around the corner, but it’d be silly not to stay here when you’re in brighton.

We were right across from the west pier, perfectly placed to explore Brighton once we could pull ourselves away from the room. Check-in and checkout times were generous, and leaving our luggage in the office for the day was handy, too. It’s such a fun, quirky, perfectly kitch hotel. We’d booked just one night and wished we’d stayed longer. The service was welcoming, helpful and friendly, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was fun and well themed. If I’m being picky, the water pressure and flooring could use a little updating, but the service and extras more than made up for those small things. They wouldn’t stop us staying again. We hope to come back.

We chose the first room that came up on a certain site because, as first-timers at The Pelirocco, we didn’t know all the rooms and themes. The compact Leigh Bowery room was more than enough for us “little people”, though it’s not recommended for tall folks. There’s a lift, and the staircase is something to see. Along with the fab decor, the attentive staff were a highlight. Alice welcomed us and was incredibly helpful with our parking issues. The Pelirocco is a superbly located part of the cool Brighton experience if you want your digs to be part of it. Highly recommend. See you again, Pelirocco Crew.
