Demi and Jessica at reception made this a genuinely enjoyable, stress-free stay, and they’re the main reason I’d happily return and recommend the hotel. They were warm and professional from the start, and check-in went smoothly. Every request was dealt with quickly, politely, and with a positive attitude. They listened, showed real care, and made me feel valued rather than like just another booking. You can tell they take pride in their work, and they’re a credit to the hotel. I hope management recognises the standard they maintain. Thanks again, Demi and Jessica, for such kind service.

The view was an unexpected treat if you like watching planes. Seeing aircraft come and go made the visit even more fun. My room was clean, comfortable, and had what I needed for a relaxing stay, and the staff were welcoming from check-in. I really enjoyed my time at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bristol. It has a comfortable feel, and I’d stay again 😀

We had a really good night at the Hilton. As Gold members, we got an upgrade to a spacious, very nice room with great views. The service was great, and parking was £12. You park first, then register your car at check-in and reception adds the charge. It was my wife’s birthday, so I booked her a massage at the spa, a two-minute walk down from the hotel. Hilton guests can use the facilities free of charge by showing their room cards. The spa provided towels and padlocks, and had a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and large pool. We really enjoyed it. Thanks to the team.

The staff’s hard work is what stood out most, and I can’t wait to go back. They were incredibly friendly and even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco in our room, which was so thoughtful. My friend and I had booked two nights at Hilton Cadbury house through spa breaks, and it turned out to be a fantastic trip and great value. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely facilities. We had great food both evenings and enjoyed breakfast too. The spa was excellent. I went to a morning spinning class with Graham, which was a brilliant start to the day. We both had treatments and were impressed. My friend had a facial, while I had a full-body relaxation massage with Ellie. She was incredible, with amazing technique, and added a hair mask and lotion on my back to ease muscle tension. I haven’t felt so relaxed in ages.

Their team were a pleasure to work with throughout the event. They helped with the table plan on the screen and quickly sorted out a last-minute table setting. Everything went smoothly, and their support made a real difference. I couldn’t have done it without them and would highly recommend the team. ❤️
