The service was second to none, and I want to single out zaha for handling a situation I caused, not the hotel, so swiftly and professionally. Breakfast was simple and very tasty, even the coffee was nice. My room was clean, the mattress was really good, and heaters in the room came in handy. I have an exceptional mattress at home, so for once I wasn't left wanting. I woke up feeling at home. Excellent value for money. If you need a hotel in Bristol, I'd recommend it wholeheartedly.

We stayed as a family with a toddler, and it was good value for two adults and a child, with breakfast included and a nice variety. The location was ideal for visiting Bristol, just three minutes from Temple Mead station, and it was convenient to catch the airport bus the next day. Reception staff were great and helpful. The room was good, though the decor is starting to look dated and the air conditioning could use a service. A positive stay overall.

I keep choosing this place when I'm in Bristol for work, even though I have plenty of hotels to pick from. It's dependable and clean, the rooms are a bit bigger, and I know what to expect every time. I find it even better than the sister hotels around town. Thanks to all the staff, and especially Vickey, great job.

The location made getting around easy: it's close to the train station, and the airport shuttle stops right across the street. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. Great value for money and a very pleasant stay.

I had a really friendly welcome, and they pointed me to a nearby place to get some food since the menu here is limited. The rooms are great and the hotel has a lovely feel to it. Brilliant hotel and very good value.
