Marriott Hotel Bristol Royal

I come here regularly and would recommend it without hesitation. The place is always immaculately clean, and the food and drinks are excellent. The atmosphere feels calm and elegant, the service is polished, and the staff are consistently courteous. I stopped in for a hot chocolate and it was excellent.

The Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel is a great base for exploring Bristol or coming for work. The city centre spot is very walkable, with the Cathedral and Cabot Circus nearby, plus sights, restaurants, nightlife, and event venues. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with stylish decor, coffee makers, and modern TVs. The atmosphere feels welcoming and well managed, and staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. On site, there are a gym, restaurants including Miller & Carter, a bar and lounge, and valet services. That all adds convenience. I had a very enjoyable stay, with reliable comfort and good service.

Sabina gave us such lovely service. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good choice and pleasant surroundings. We had a wonderful time at Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel. The decor is elegant and beautiful, giving the place a warm, relaxing feel, especially during the festive season. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the whole hotel felt calm and welcoming. We'd happily recommend it.

The location is great, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and enough for us. The hotel is showing its age, though. The rooms are spacious, but the interiors and furniture feel old, and the beds were small. Cleanliness was disappointing too: the carpets were dirty when we arrived, and there were spider webs on the bathroom ceiling.
