The reception staff were next level, especially the young woman on the morning shift whose name I didn’t catch. They were polite and knew their stuff when we asked questions. The bar staff and the team at Block next door were also nice, polite, and good at explaining things. There are pubs and takeaways nearby, though not everything is within walking distance. We didn’t mind taking the bus and walking. My wife and I had an amazing stay. Our room was tidy and clean, with plenty of space and a nice view. I’d definitely recommend this Premier Inn.

The location put us right where we needed to be for exploring the city, and the friendly, efficient staff made check-in and checkout easy. Our room was spotless and very quiet, and after a long day out the Hypnos bed was a dream. Premier Inn Bristol delivered exactly the good night’s sleep it promises. For the price, the value is hard to beat. A comfortable, reliable five-star stay, highly recommended.

The rooms were spotless and quiet, the Hypnos beds unbeatable, and the shower was great. Staff were super friendly, and breakfast was delicious. Basic but flawless, and the best value in central Bristol. The Old City location is prime, right beside pubs and the harbour.

The only letdown was breakfast: it’s an unlimited cooked or continental option, with no individual menu items, so it’s expensive if you’re not planning to fill up for the day. Otherwise, the staff were lovely and friendly, the room was nicely laid out with a comfy bed, and the shower was nice and hot. There was extra tea and coffee at reception, check-in was easy, and checkout had a key drop box.

The hotel is a little tired, but I use a lot of Premier Inns and this had the best customer service I’ve experienced at any of them. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Great location too. Premier Inn should take note and make this hotel the customer service standard for all its locations.
