The room was quiet and clean, and my Premier room had a really comfortable bed, a large bathroom with nice Bayliss and Harding products, and a handy mini fridge. The central heating worked well, and there was a big car park in a good central location. I’d just been discharged after brain surgery at Southmead hospital and stayed here for a few days. Everyone at the hotel and the connected beefeater was so kind to me. I can’t praise the staff enough.

I wanted somewhere quiet, so being a little way from the city centre suited me. There were lots of free parking spaces, and you can register your car registration at reception. The staff were kind and helpful, and my room was clean and tidy. The hotel also seems fairly new. I’d choose it first if I come to Bristol again.

Even though we arrived while the beefeater staff were packing up, they still put so much care into our food. The whole kitchen team was amazing and made the stay more enjoyable. Amelia stood out for her warm smile and attention to detail.

Christine at reception made the biggest impression on me. She greeted us with a warm smile and was genuinely professional from the start. Check-in went smoothly, and she took time to explain the facilities and share useful tips about the local area.

We had a great stay at Bristol Parkway premier inn. Sandy at reception was especially helpful and made everything easy for us. The service was fantastic.
