The location is handy and the hotel was clean. But the smoking spot is right by the entrance, so every time you come or go you have to pass through a cloud of cigarette smoke. Really unpleasant.

Kerry at reception was a lifesaver when I couldn't find a phone charger. She was friendly and so polite, and quickly found one for me. The room was lovely and clean, the food was good, and the service was amazing. I'd strongly recommend staying here.

The staff were really accommodating. We ate at the restaurant and the food was great, so I'd definitely stay here again. A very nice place.

The location was spot on, and the rooms were very comfortable. Everything was to a high standard, with friendly, helpful staff. Special thanks to Graham.

I had a clean, pleasant room with a bath, and it stayed quiet despite the hotel being full, with little noise from outside. The only snag was the key card stopped working, and the staff member on duty couldn't reactivate it.
