The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the room was spotless with a really comfortable bed. We loved the hotel's vintage character and cosy, home-from-home feel. The location worked perfectly for us too. My husband and I had a lovely weekend, and we'd definitely stay again if we're back in the area.

The breakfast was delicious, and we slept really well because the place was so quiet. It was easy to park and walk into town, which made meeting a friend convenient. Our room had both a bath and a shower, along with tea and coffee. We had a lovely stay, and everyone was welcoming and friendly.

We were in the Tudor Annexe, just a short walk from the town centre on a quiet one-way street. Our spacious room had antique furniture and a cosy nook with a sofa and TV, and it was very comfortable. Tea and coffee were provided, including a coffee pod machine. Breakfast was lovely, service was great, and we'd happily come back.

Nigel was brilliant and very accommodating. The hotel is dog-friendly, and it's an easy walk to the heart of Bury St Edmunds. Our room was small, but it had everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was better than I expected from a hotel.

The hotel was clean, in great condition and felt up to date. We got a warm welcome, enjoyed a good breakfast, and the town centre is close by. I'd stay again.
