Met a friend for a catch-up and found a comfortable spot on the couches left of reception, near the stairs to the gym. It was quiet enough to talk without raising our voices, even after a small group of adults sat on the couch behind us. We grabbed coffees from the onsite Starbucks and brought them over. Friendly staff, a pleasant setting and well suited to our meeting.

The food was amazing, fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented. I honestly couldn't fault my stay at this hotel in Bury, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. From arrival on, the customer service felt genuine and down to earth. The receptionist especially made check-in welcoming and relaxed. She had gorgeous curly brown hair, and it's a shame I didn't catch her name. I could've chatted with her all day.

Sophie coordinated things before our charity event in October 2025. She kept in touch by email and answered my questions quickly, which made the planning much easier. I appreciated all the work she put in beforehand. On the night, the team did an amazing job accommodating us, especially Kayleigh, who led the event and held things together even with several new staff to manage. Service at the tables was great and the food was lovely, though the evening ran a little late. The DJ also commented on how accommodating Kayleigh had been.

A cozy modern bedroom, a wide breakfast choice, and a superb fitness centre and pool. Great location, with easy access and parking.

Twelve of us came from London to celebrate New Year with family who live in Bury. We stayed from 30/12/25 until 02/01/26 and had a wonderful time. Maxine at reception couldn't do enough for us, and Claire in housekeeping worked around our lazy morning lie-ins. Tony and faith at the pub & Grill kept everyone well fed and watered. A definite 10 out of 10 venue. Thank you so much.
