We travelled as a family, including our busy two-year-old, and found it amazing value for money. The harbour is right by the hotel, there’s a huge car park opposite, and it’s a very short, pretty walk into town. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was spotless, and the beds were really comfortable. The receptionist, Jenny I believe, was especially kind and friendly, and all the staff gave us excellent care. We’d definitely return. Thank you!

We stayed as a family over Christmas, and Snowdon is only a 30-minute drive away. The location and staff were incredible, and our room was spacious, neat, and clean. Many thanks to the restaurant team too, they were fantastic.

Jen, the fantastic manager, made us feel so welcome and made the stay that much better. The staff were amazing, and our room was clean and tidy. When we asked for things, they arrived within 30 minutes. The place next door served good food, including breakfast, dinner, and drinkies. If you’re staying with Premier Inn, adding breakfast is worth it. Great hotel and location. Thank you so much, Jen, for making our stay awesome!

We got a really warm welcome from the friendly staff, and the room was very spacious. There was parking nearby, though it would have been nice to have it on site.

It’s a good location, just a short walk from the castle and walled town, but this was probably the worst Premier Inn I’ve stayed in. The rooms are a decent size and clean, though basic and depressing, with no colour or pictures. The TV is small and not smart, so you can’t connect a phone or Fire Stick. The lift wasn’t working, and we had to carry luggage up two flights after bringing it from the car park. There’s no on-site parking. Check-in was cold and unwelcoming, with no information. Hopefully breakfast is better.
