My courtyard/car park room was clean and comfortable, and even on a Friday night it stayed quiet. The location is nice and it’s easy to get to. There were a couple of annoyances: the lock was hard to open, and the fridge is inside a cupboard, so its door can’t open all the way. Still, I enjoyed my stay.

I’ve tried both Sunday lunch and evening dinner here, and both were very good. At dinner we had fish and chips, pasta, tagine and duck, and everyone enjoyed their meal. I also love the ales. Oakham citra never misses and is well kept. The sticky toffee pudding is well worth trying too.

We found this pub on Google while looking for somewhere to stay just outside Cambridge, and it suited us perfectly. The room was cosy and warm, the food in the pub was delicious, and the staff were helpful and friendly. They gladly answered our questions about the bus stops, and it’s ideally placed for taking a bus into Cambridge. We were disappointed by how much it cost to visit Kings College Chapel.

I was travelling for work, and the room was great. Having parking right outside was ideal. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant, and there are plenty of other places for food and drink nearby. I’d definitely recommend it.

We booked at short notice while in Cambridge dropping our daughter off, and it turned out to be a great choice. The food was amazing and very well prepared. The restaurant has lovely decor throughout, feels cosy, and the staff were absolutely brilliant. The price was excellent value for money. I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re in the area, give it a try.
