I was there by myself for two nights in December and thought the place was lovely. It's a Victorian building with lots of charm, character and creaks that remind you of its age and upkeep. My room had everything I needed, with plenty of space for one, a comfortable bed, heating and a TV. The bathroom worked perfectly too. It's easy to walk to different parts of the city, and the train station is about 10-15 minutes away. I'll look to stay here again on my next trip to Cambridge.

Both the hotel and room were clean and tidy, and the receptionist helped arrange the rooms close together. I was a bit disappointed that they couldn't make an omelette, since I'd paid for an oriental breakfast and expected one for my son. Still, it's a great option for enjoying Cambridge. They have car parks, and you can ask them anything about the city.

They were kind and courteous throughout my week-long stay, and helped whenever I needed something. My room was clean, the location was excellent, and I could get around easily. Thanks for the warm welcome, quick, friendly conversations and kind words. If I return to Cambridge, this will definitely be my choice of accommodation. See you again.

The rooms are on the small side, but they’re snug and have everything you need. With the centre of Cambridge easy to reach and the price so reasonable, it felt like a great find. The traditional British look is lovely too, especially the seasonal flowers kept so neatly around the entrance.

The city centre is only about a five-minute walk away, and I was lucky enough to find a parking space. The bedroom was clean and I slept really well. I’d happily recommend it.
