Ciyan made a real difference to my stay. He was friendly and helpful, and went out of his way with directions, local recommendations and anything else I needed. Even a cheerful chat made the place feel welcoming. He had a genuine smile from the moment I arrived, and managed to be both positive and professional. Thanks for the great service, Ciyan. The hotel is lucky to have you.

We’ve stayed here twice now. The location is excellent and the place is amazing. A small thing that would help is an instruction book for the heating and lights. The kitchen could also use dishwasher tablets, washing machine powder or liquid, and frying pans that work on induction.

The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were amazing. Great value for money, with good food and a central location. The gym was perfect. The pool is small, but amazing if you have it to yourself. Loved this hotel.

We paid for parking during our August stay, but Parking Eye is still threatening to take us to court over parking outside the house. We’ve contacted the hotel many times and were assured they’d sort it out, but they haven’t. Avoid the hassle and don’t stay here.

We stayed in no 7. It’s a very advanced home with automatic systems, in a really convenient location.
