Four Points Flex by Sheraton Cardiff

We found the price very reasonable, and I’d recommend the hotel and come back in a few weeks. The rooms are neat, clean and efficient, and the staff were courteous and professional. It’s ideally placed right off St. Mary's street, a 2 minute walk from the train station and across the road from the bus depot. The train station car park is 5 minutes away on foot, and 24 hour parking passes cost about £14. Our 3rd floor room looked over the tracks, so I worried about noise, but the building is so well constructed that it was minimal.

I’d stay again. I was in Cardiff for a concert and wanted an inexpensive place near the arena. This was the best option, and the arena turned out to be a 5 minute walk. Reception staff were really friendly and took time to explain the way. Check-in and check-out were easy. The room was a decent size, well equipped, super clean, and had a really comfy bed. It’s right in Cardiff town centre, with easy access to everything. There’s no parking on site, but plenty nearby. I used the multistory next to the train station, just a 3 minute walk away.

The room was warm, cozy and clean, with lovely lighting that was mostly indirect and warm. Breakfast was good, the stay was great value, and the hotel is right next to the train station. We came by train from London and arrived in the dark, so that was a real plus. There was only one fire escape route, which was the one downside. I really enjoyed my stay and will come back to Cardiff. It’s not the finest hotel I’ve been in, but definitely one of the nicest.

The hotel is decent, right in central Cardiff outside the railway station and bus station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, with great showers, and breakfast was reasonably priced with a decent selection.
