The food was exceptional, cooked just right with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We had both dinner and breakfast, and the owner's son, who is head chef, clearly puts real passion and pride into every plate. The owners take the same care with their guests. We met the owner, a lovely, friendly gentleman who made time for a chat, and the whole family seem proud to make each stay special. My husband and I travel a lot for business, so staying at the Mansion House Hotel felt like a real treat. It's in a fantastic position with fantastic views, and our stylish, spacious room was spotlessly clean. The wonderful, professional staff made the visit even better. We'll happily recommend this beautiful gem to friends and family, and we'll definitely return.

For a birthday, we had a lovely dinner and stayed overnight. The views were wonderful, the rooms nice and the food good. Every member of staff was friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with both owners. Their pride and passion for the property are clear and add to its charm.

A superb room, first-class food and excellent service made this a lovely stay. It's a peaceful rural spot with beautiful views of the estuary and countryside from the bedrooms and dining rooms, yet fairly close to Carmarthen.

This family-owned place made our stay very pleasant. The staff were attentive and helpful, and there was always someone available to assist my wife, who is disabled following a stroke. The food was excellent with plenty of choice on the menu.

The room and decor live up to the five-star rating, and the service was excellent. We stayed for two nights and already knew the area from living nearby. The hotel has wonderful views across the Towy Estuary and Ferryside.
