Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central - Xscape

Tendai checked in to make sure everything was all right, which I really appreciated. My room was roomy, very clean, and had a cozy feel. The Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central is also in a great spot, close to the shopping centre. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Rej deserves a special thank you for the care and professionalism he showed us. His friendliness really stood out, and he went well beyond what was expected. The staff as a whole were helpful, efficient, and friendly throughout our six-night stay at the Premier Inn Xcape in Milton Keynes. We had an outstanding experience and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Thanks, Rej, for making the stay feel 100%. We’ll be back.

We had plenty of parking spaces and the location was good, but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. Our first room smelled strongly of ash, so we complained and were moved. The next room reeked of weed. By then we were tired of shifting our luggage, so we sprayed deodorant, left the window open while we went out, and stayed after it smelled a little better. That room backed onto the stairway, and the banging from people on the stairs was horrendous. It went on constantly until well after 2 in the morning, then started again in the morning when people went for breakfast. We got awful sleep both nights. We don’t usually complain, and hoped the first night was just bad luck, but the noise was just as bad the second night. If you’re offered room 14, I’d politely decline. The staff should spend a night in there and hear those footsteps for themselves.

The location was perfect, and we’ll definitely be back. I usually like Premier Inns because they’re reasonably priced, well located, and consistent, so there aren’t any unwelcome surprises. This place was different in the best way, and I’ll recommend it to everyone. The staff were amazing, especially Reg. He did everything he could to make us comfortable, even carrying our luggage and moving us to an accessible room because I was in a wheelchair. He was chatty without being intrusive. I was very, very impressed. Thank you!
