Julian & Katherine were very welcoming hosts at this quaint Farm House B&B in a lovely village. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely, and there are some good walks nearby. There’s a pub two minutes away on foot, and a small park for children about 5-10 minutes away. You can walk to the wedding venue if its rooms are full. We’d definitely stay again.

We stayed a few nights for our holiday and had an awesome time. The family running the B&B were very kind and friendly. Driving in to the entrance was a little confusing, but we got there without a problem. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfy beds. We visited in summer, and the night sky was full of stars. Breakfast was filling, with options from a Full English to bread, plus hot drinks.

A peaceful spot for a B&B, with spacious rooms that are well appointed. The host and hostess were charming, and there’s a great pub within walking distance. Bath is less than 30 minutes away. Do try the free range eggs.

The Green Room was huge, with a lovely comfortable bed, gorgeous sheets and a very modern bathroom with all the amenities. Whoever designed the room definitely thought like a woman: the mirrors and plugs were in all the right spots, and there was even a lit magnifying mirror in the bathroom. I stayed one night for a wedding across the road, so the location was ideal. Catherine and co were very friendly. I missed breakfast, but left with a dozen fresh eggs from the farm. A wonderful stay with nothing to fault. I’d highly recommend it for a country weekend and will definitely return.

Grittleton is a picturesque village, and there’s a great pub just down the road from Manor Farm. Getting into Chippenham in the morning was quick and easy, with no traffic problems. I was there for one night on business, and the B&B room was clean, pleasant and comfortable, with a nice view over the farm and village. The family who run it are very kind and friendly. I’ll stay again sometime.
