Woodlands Park Hotel

Our guests had lots of kind things to say about the food and service, and about how smoothly the day ran. Shaldon and his team coordinated everything attentively and stayed organised and available whenever we needed them. The venue was perfectly set up, and the staff were brilliant on the day. We chose to hire Woodlands Park Hotel exclusively, which made the celebration feel more personal and relaxed, just the sort of day we wanted. The building and grounds are stunning and gave us exactly the atmosphere we hoped for. Sammie, our contact on the events team, was supportive throughout the lead-up, quick to respond to our needs, and helped us get everything ready. We got married here in September and would happily recommend Woodlands Park Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

Dinner at the Oak room made our weekend stay even better. David H looked after us all evening, was extremely attentive, and gave us food and wine recommendations that were perfect. What a wonderful guy and a great asset to the team. Thank you, David! Checking in was easy, and the receptionist was very helpful. The service was immaculate from start to finish, and the hotel is in a beautiful area. I'd recommend it to anyone after a wonderful night away.

Phoebe was our main contact from the first visit through to organising all the extra things we wanted. She was friendly and professional, and made the whole process pleasant and easy. We had dinner at the restaurant the night before, and the food was impeccable. Slav was a great host and put up with our cheesy jokes all evening. It was raining on our wedding day, but Aysha and Shana helped me get into the car without spoiling my white dress, hair, or makeup, which I really appreciated. We got back to the hotel much earlier than expected, and Rory and Sadie were already prepared and helped the day flow smoothly. The whole team was ready to help, and nothing was any trouble. The food was incredible and everyone was full after dinner. Our rooms were clean and well presented, and we're looking to celebrate there again soon. We had our micro wedding at the beginning of December, and it was absolutely perfect!

Tevin at reception dealt with a small issue in our room straight away, and was warm and professional the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble, and his attitude set the tone for a lovely visit. Woodlands Park Hotel is beautiful, welcoming, elegant, and full of character. The team were friendly, the food was great, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and special. We had a brilliant stay, left feeling well cared for, and will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Tevin and the whole team!
