Premier Inn Lisburn

The Big Stack Burger with upgraded Katsu curry topped chips was absolutely delicious, and the meal deal is great value. Breakfast is another highlight: you can say exactly what you want, and it comes fresh and perfectly cooked. Free parking is a big bonus, and the location works really well for shopping. The rooms are warm and comfortable, and the hotel is great value. The bar is cosy, but could use a little attention to match the upgraded rooms. WiFi speed and coverage also need improvement. A big thank you to Olivia, Ryan, Elina, Tia, Jack, Jane, Suzanne, Sarah, and Natalie, and apologies if I missed anyone. The team are always friendly, helpful and welcoming, doing an amazing job with the resources available. Housekeeping deserve credit too, the rooms and shared areas are spotless. We've already booked our next stay.

Susan at reception was so helpful, and the breakfast team were friendly and made everything easy. Parking was free with plenty of spaces. I stayed from 23-25 January, and found the room clean and comfortable. A very positive visit, and I'd happily recommend the hotel.

The staff made the week, they were amazing, really friendly and quick to sort out the few things we needed. Six star service! We were there over the Xmas period for a week. The rooms were good too, a bit better than you'd expect from a 3* hotel. Breakfast was tasty and well priced for all you can eat.

Jenn & Jack were really helpful with ideas for sites to see, and everyone was nice and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and very nice. I'd come back and stay again.
