Breakfast was a real highlight. The food was superb and the service faultless, and on Christmas morning we could even have champagne with breakfast. There were also two little Santa socks on our door that day, filled with chocolates, biscuits and a satsuma. Such a thoughtful touch, and it made us smile. We spent three nights at the DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry over Christmas. I'm a frequent DoubleTree guest around the world, but this was my first time at this property and it's now among my very best stays, especially for service, friendliness and housekeeping. The room was comfortable, spotless and clearly well looked after. A fabulous receptionist, whose name I didn't catch, welcomed us warmly and professionally when we arrived. Every interaction after that, from housekeeping to breakfast, was friendly, attentive and genuinely warm. The staff are a real credit to the DoubleTree brand. The location worked perfectly for me, just a ten-minute drive from family, with easy access into Coventry. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will absolutely return on future visits. Highly recommended.

We chose this hotel as a halfway stop on our journey, and ended up booking another stay for the return trip. There was ample parking, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful. Beverly at reception was attentive, got us checked in super quickly and gave us all the information we needed. On our return, she welcomed us with the same warm smile and remembered us, which was a lovely touch. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Dora at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional, and gave me excellent customer service. Every other staff member I met was great too. It's one of the best DoubleTrees I've stayed in. Thanks to Dora and everyone who made the stay so enjoyable. I'll be back.

We had an amazing stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms. We keep choosing this Hilton Hotel (Walsgrave) because of the staff, especially Madhu and Beverley. They always make us feel special and valued. Definitely recommend!

Beverly made us forget every single problem with the conference. We had issues with the organisation and communication, and there wasn't the electric charging that was listed on the website and assured in our booking. After a disappointing conference through the events team, Beverly appeared and was attentive, personable and genuinely cared. Her communication, customer service and human connection were a breath of fresh air. This would've been a 1* conference review if Beverly hadn't saved the day in so many ways. Thank you, Beverly. You're a credit to yourself first, and Hilton second.
