Premier Inn Coventry South - A45

Natalie made breakfast feel completely safe for me, even with my strict dietary restrictions. She thoroughly wiped the table, double cleaned the tableware, and set it out just for me. She also showed me the second oven reserved for allergy customers and explained that it’s cleaned before every use. I could relax and enjoy my cooked breakfast without the worry I usually feel when eating out. The room was comfortable, as I’d expect from a Premier Inn. Thank you to Natalie and the team for looking after me so well earlier this week.

My mother, Thelma, needed to be away from home for a short time, so I booked her into the nearby Premier Inn. She was well looked after, and everything worked out perfectly for her. Emma and Nathalie at reception were first class, professional, and attentive to my mother’s needs whenever she needed something. They’re a real credit to the team. Thank you both so much, from Thelma and her son Grant.

Alfie’s cooking was a real highlight. We loved every dish, and the restaurant team made meals feel relaxed and enjoyable. Natalie and Sofie were especially kind, attentive, and friendly, while Manager Emily was welcoming and professional. She clearly looks after both guests and staff and runs the place brilliantly. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout, and the staff were friendly and professional during our stay. Thanks to the whole team for such lovely service. I’d happily come back with my family and recommend the place.

Emily greeted us warmly and went out of her way to make sure our stay went smoothly. She even offered hot chocolate instead of tea since we don’t want caffeine at night.
