The room was surprisingly impressive, with lots of space, good decor, a comfortable bed and a very modern-looking bathroom. It felt like a decent four-star hotel room. This was my first time here and I arrived late, around 8pm. The receptionist was friendly and gave me the room code.

The room was comfortable, and at this price that’s why I’m giving it five stars. Cheap hotels often have awful mattresses and dated rooms, but this one felt on par with Premier Inn for about half the cost. The free Wi-Fi was decent too, which is unusual at this price. Parking costs £7.

I got a £100 parking fine today, even though a staff member had assured me I’d paid correctly for parking 😡😡😡 The place felt like a building site, and there were no staff on site. I had to phone someone to come and check me in. There was no breakfast facility, and when I asked about the lack of heating they gave me a small portable heater. The website photos were totally misleading. Worst hotel ever.

The room was horrible for the night I spent there. The floors creaked and were noisy, the bathroom was dirty, and the heating was broken. I got sick while staying there. They didn’t even have temporary heaters. The room and service were both awful. I wouldn’t pay £10 for a place this pathetic. OYO’s service was rubbish too. I called them and was told they couldn’t do anything. Avoid this hotel and OYO in general.

What a bargain for a Sunday night. The young woman at the desk went out of her way to arrange parking for our motorcycle as soon as we arrived. The room had everything we needed, including a power shower, a heated bathroom mirror and a night light in the bathroom. Can’t recommend it enough.
