Ibis Styles Crewe

I’ve been a guest at the ibis hotel Crewe for six weeks so far, and everyone there has looked after me brilliantly, day and night. There’s a 24-hour reception, and help is always available. I can’t thank the staff enough, they’re all superstars, and I’d recommend this fabulous place to anyone. My room is always spotlessly clean, with fresh drinks and clean towels replenished as needed. The food is well cooked and nicely presented at every mealtime, and there’s a 24-hour menu if you fancy something outside the usual options. Breakfast is a first-class buffet with a good range of hot and cold food, kept fresh and topped up. When there are fewer guests, they cook breakfast to order. When I haven’t felt myself, they’ve provided a suitable alternative. It’s also very dog friendly. Dog lovers can join the Wednesday walk at 10:30am, then catch up over a lovely cuppa and a chat back at the hotel 🐕‍🦺🦮🐕🐈‍⬛🐩🐈

Parking is easy and plentiful, including accessible spaces and electric vehicle spaces close to the entrance. We were greeted with a smile and good service. The hotel is spacious and very clean, and the food is good, especially breakfast. Apparently, booking when you arrive makes it cheaper. Our room was bright, airy, clean and spacious, just as expected. The shower room had a design I loved, and the large bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was there, and the staff were happy to provide extras. We’ll definitely come back with my partner or family.

We chose this Ibis for its location near the M6 while driving from Edinburgh to see friends nearby. It was our first stay at an Ibis, and the hotel was very clean. The room had more than enough for an overnight visit. Breakfast cost extra, but it was great value with a good choice of hot and cold food. Simon was on duty during our stay and gave us useful information about places and facilities in the area.

I was travelling for work and brought my little boy along. Kim was great, and the people here were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was good too. Our room was clean and comfortable, just okay.
