The Crewe Arms Hotel

We live just round the corner and have eaten at the Crewe Arms Hotel a few times. Martin and Alison have made a great first impression, with high quality meals and a friendly atmosphere where everyone's up for a laugh. Over the last couple of weeks, we've had a burger, and my wife had the lite bites, three for £10, twice. Today we went for a carvery with our daughter, son-in-law and some of our grandchildren. The food was awesome, and unlike some carveries I've tried, it wasn't lukewarm. Keep up the great work, guys, and thanks.

I stopped here to break up a journey. The staff were lovely, check-in and check-out were easy, and breakfast was among the better ones I've had at similar hotels. Everything was clean and well done, though the rooms could use a little updating. The shower was decent too.

Finding the hotel was easy and there's a decent car park. The team were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and a good size. Pub food and the range of drinks were excellent, with a nice atmosphere in the evenings.

There were eleven of us staying on 6th June, and we had a lovely time. The hotel was clean, the bedrooms had plenty of space and the staff were friendly, especially the bar team. Breakfast the next morning was lovely, with plenty to choose from, and the staff kept checking that we had everything. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the area.
