The evening meal was a highlight: we had croquetas, whitebait, burgers, sticky toffee pudding and brownie, and everything was excellent. Breakfast was great too, with good beer on tap and two for one cocktails. The staff were friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved our stay at the Crooked Swan, especially the huge, beautiful bedroom, which was warm and comfortable. The roll top copper bath felt like a real luxury. We were there on a cold, rainy weekday in February, but it was far from miserable. Can't wait to go back. Thanks, crooked swan team.

We were glad we came across this place. Passing through and looking for somewhere inviting for lunch, we took a chance on the magnificent Crooked Swan building. The usual chef was off, so the menu was limited and had no vegetarian option, which was a problem for us. The waiter spoke with the chef, who offered a wild mushroom lasagne. We ordered it, and it was unlike any lasagne we'd tasted, really tasty.

The restaurant had a great atmosphere and a good range of drinks. The food was fantastic, if a little pricey, and arrived promptly. Tree looked after us all evening, with spot on recommendations and impeccable service. They were attentive while still giving us room to talk and enjoy time together. Would highly recommend.

We had a cracking evening meal with our group at the Crooked Swann. There was a nice big table, and the bar and waiting staff made us feel welcome. We tried a range of lovely dishes, all tasty and well cooked. Service was prompt, and they were happy to help with anything. Thank you.

We'd just moved to Crewkerne when I took my family out for Sunday lunch, and the warm welcome and service made it a great choice. We all ordered the roast beef, probably the best we've ever had, and the food was absolutely exceptional. We'll definitely be back.
