We ate here a couple of times and loved the delicious, interesting food. The staff are so friendly, and the rooms cosy and comfortable. There’s a lovely old-fashioned bar with a roaring fire in winter, a more modern summer bar with a garden, and a comfy library for relaxing or reading quietly. A real treat in the fabulous village of Comrie, well worth a visit.

I have a long list of food allergies, so eating out can be stressful. Duncan, our waiter, worked with the kitchen staff to put together a meal I could eat, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and could really enjoy it. The food was so, so, so delicious, and I was blown away by how much care and attention I received.

We came here every day while we were in Comrie because it’s such a great place for eating and drinking. Friendly, comfortable and welcoming. We loved it!

Dinner was spot on. I had delicious Scottish lamb, and the place was cosy and quiet. Lovely spot!

The rooms are fantastic, and the location is lovely. The bar is terrific, with a friendly team. Breakfast was fine too, though it seemed expensive. That’d be an easy thing to fix.
