Hotel de Paris made our Cromer holiday great. It was spotless, the food was good and the staff team were lovely. Milie, our dining room waitress, was so friendly, and the bar staff were great too. Sadie was a real character and brilliant with everyone. We enjoyed the bingo, quiz and singers as well. Thanks to the whole team for a lovely holiday.

The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms were clean. Staff were so friendly, which really added to the stay. The food is probably the best among the alfa hotels. It's in a great spot overlooking the bay, close to the pubs and town centre.

The service and cleanliness were good, and the location is lovely. We hadn't realised it was a place for retirement trips. I'd recommend it if you're after sea views and somewhere quiet to relax.

Sadie at the bar was wonderful, full of energy and a delight to have around. The dining and bar staff were all excellent, and I can't praise them enough. We spent five fantastic days at this outstanding hotel on Cromer's front promenade, opposite the pier. There was entertainment every night, the welcome was warm, and our room had all the facilities we needed. There's a lift to every floor. Parking is limited, but the hotel is clean and well maintained. Do visit, you won't be disappointed. I'd give Sadie a pay rise!

Our sea-view room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely, polite and pleasant. The food had plenty of choice and was good, with hard-working staff and good service. We stayed for five days on an Alfa holiday starting 9th March, and it was great value. Special mention to the bar staff and entertainment, especially Sadie, who worked hard and had a great sense of humour.
