Dial House

The restaurant onsite was absolutely delicious, and the staff were friendly. The rooms look a little dated, but I wouldn't let that put you off. It was fantastic value for money.

The staff were good, but the owner caused all the problems. We had no hot water on the first night, and on the second night the owner confronted us about damaged furniture. We hadn't damaged it, and the photos below clearly show old tape marks, so it was already there. We spoke with locals at the pub that night, and they said Dial house hotel in crowthorne was known for doing this to unsuspecting customers. It felt like a proper dodgy hotel. There are plenty of good places in the area, so go somewhere else unless you want to be ripped off.

I've stayed here Monday to Thursday for the last 14 months, which shows how pleased I've been. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is clean and tidy. Its location is excellent, and the service and experience have been five-star. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and focused on guests' needs.

The staff make a real effort with the little details and were amazingly friendly and accommodating, which helped make our stay comfortable. Our room was clean and cosy, with a lovely hot, powerful shower. The place has a rustic feel and a charm and character you don't get at bigger hotel chains. This was our second stay here this year at Dial house hotel, and we'd definitely come back again and again. We'd recommend staying to see for yourself what a great place it is. Spence and Bara
